About the Site
Life in Football Manager began it’s life as a blog that basically blogged the goings on of what ever current game I had going at the time. All for my enjoyment of writing and playing Football Manager, I try not to look at numbers and how many people actually want to read, the illusion of many people reading is much more enjoyable for me. But don’t that put you off giving the site feedback, if I can improve the site then that can only be a good thing for all. Starting with Liverpool and now that game as progressed into a career game where I have taken control of a variety of different clubs you can see my achievements here. As the site progressed though it has found a niche in talking about messing with the data editor and see how it goes plays out in AI experiments.
Managerial Reversal
The first AI experiment that the site has gone and looked into was managerial reversal. This gives the chance of some of the top managers in Europe to prove how good they actually are by taking over lower league sides to see how they fair without the money of the top leagues. Ramesses Rovers
Once the site has progressed into AI experiments it was a natural step that the site should have it’s own team. Inspired by the 50 year experiment that has been going on at the SI games community by Kipfizh, Ramesses Rovers squad have been given money, perfect players, stadium and youth academy and the site will watch them as they try and progress the leagues.
What is Football Manager?
Without Football Manager, this site would not exist, everything that is written has been played out on Football Manager, the latest version Football Manager 2008. FM is a football management simulation game available on PC, Xbox 360 and PSP and created by Championship Manager creators SI games. FM gives every football fan the chance to put their money where there mouth is, when they say they could do a job better then the manager in charge of their team now you can prove it.
